Why do you use Western Red Cedar?
Western Red Cedar has a unique look. It is a naturally multi-colored lightweight wood which stays flat and straight. It resists the natural tendency of wood to crack or check. Western Red Cedar contains a natural preservative that resists rot and decay which makes it an excellent material for outdoor furniture.

Does your furniture have a finish on it?
All our furniture comes unfinished, sanded and ready for you to add your own finish. There are many different finishes available from your local paint stores and lumber yards , so you can stain or paint it to match your décor.
We suggest that at a minimum, you add a clear water based sealer. This will protect your furniture and water will bead up on the wood. The wood will gray out naturally to a beautiful silver gray.

How do I care for my furniture?
Even though our products are made from the best materials, it may be necessary to re-apply a water based sealer or stain yearly to prolong the life and beauty of the natural wood. Rain and ultraviolet rays from the sun can be very damaging, but with a little effort, you can protect your furniture.
As with all outdoor furniture, cover it when not in use or store under a covered deck area. Store all items inside during winter months.

Do you ship your furniture?
A few of our items are not shipable and we have noted that in their descriptions. All others we ship anywhere in the continental United States using UPS. Contact us for shipping prices. All our furniture is easy to assemble following our simple instructions included. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Please inspect your package when it arrives for any damage. If there is damage of any kind, notify the driver or contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. UPS will fill out a report and contact our office. We will then contact you about the replacement of the item.

Do you guarantee your products?
All our products include a lifetime guarantee. If our cedar furniture is found to be defective in any way under normal use, at our discretion, we will repair it free of charge, as long as you own it.
Call us, then bring the item to our shop and we can usually fix your furniture while you wait. Or bring or send the damaged piece to us and we will provide you with a new one shipping it to you via UPS.

Do you have a return policy?
You have 30 days after you receive the furniture to return it for any reason. Items must be returned in the original packaging, never been assembled or used. You will receive payment for the items returned after inspection and at our discretion according to the return policy.

Do you sell your products wholesale?
We do offer wholesale pricing. To qualify, you must have a tax ID number and a store location for retail sales.
We also offer quantity pricing to our wholesale customers. We will deliver free of charge on orders over $ 2,000.00 to your location within 50 miles of our shop.

Our trellis items and planter boxes are very popular and very reasonably priced for our wholesale customers.
If you have an idea for custom furniture that your customers will be interested in, contact us and we can price it and build it for you.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we do. Contact us, we will need a drawing or picture and description of the piece you want built.
On custom orders we require 50% down at time of ordering before the project can be started.
